Every time tried to download any offer, app throws an error message failed_to_calculate_hmac. Tried to get help from Sony user forum and Sony Support, but no one knows what the problem is. When I participate for any competitions, after submitting the questions, it says ‘you have already entered this competition, although I know fully well that I have not. I even re-set phone to factory settings without avail. SONY PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.

The offers are just “okay”, but it’s getting better all the time… Updates can sometimes be slow, but recent changes to the (in-application) content offered would suggest that Sony are listening to the feedback provided by its users, and gradually implementing improvements… This is awesome to see, and yet another testament to why Sony offers a superior Xperience on its mobile devices. Regular polls/votes or some sort of feedback/suggestions system for Sony’s mobile devices would be a worthwhile addition, too
Bad Cheaters Sony I’m a silver but I can’t join any of the contest ’cause every time I answer the question it would say that I already entered the competition even though it’s my 1st time entering. My boyfriend also have the same problem and he’s a gold.
